What can you do for your health?

  • Make sure diabetes and blood pressure are well controlled;
  • Follow the advice of the nephrologist, who is monitoring your treatment;
  • Change your lifestyle and diet according to the advice of the medical team that takes care of you;
  • The frequency of medical check-ups recommended by your nephrologist must be observed;
  • Inform your nephrologist about any changes in your health and treatment scheme prescribed by other doctors;
  • At each medical check-up, it would be good to have with you a list of the medicines you are taking and the results of the medical investigations carried out between the two visits to the nephrologist.
